In order to make a purchase on SandhillsAuction.com, all buyers must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and properly fill out the Buyer registration form. By submitting a bid, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by Sandhills Auction Service, LLC. There will be a non-refundable down payment in the amount equal to $35 per head purchased, due upon acceptance (by the seller) of any offers submitted. In the event that a buyer is not finacially prepared to place a bid, please do not bid until you have made the proper arrangments.
